  • 25% deposit to secure your date + so I can begin prep

  • 50% due on or before the day [pay in person on the day by card if you like]

  • Once your booking comes through, you’re officially in. From there, I’ll start preparing for your day.

  • You don’t need to. That’s my job. I come in prepped from your intake form and my external research, so we’re not wasting time on the day figuring out where to start. You just need to show up. I’ll guide us through the rest.

  • I promise this isn’t an interrogation and I come in with absolutely no judgment. Our time together is calm, conversational, and strategic, with space to breathe, vent, map, and decide.

    The day is intentionally designed with breaks, quiet moments, and a lunch in between so no one’s left feeling fried. It’s deep work, but it won’t leave you wrecked - it’ll leave you relieved.

  • Yes - up to four people total can be in the room. That might be a co-founder, an ops lead, a key team member, or your admin. Totally up to you.

    Just a head’s up: this day is built around your vision. Anyone joining should supports that - not derail or dominate it.

  • Just one.

    This is a high-energy, high-focus experience and I pour everything into it. Once a date is booked, that entire week becomes unavailable for any other intensives.

    So while the calendar might look open, availability disappears the moment someone locks in their spot. If you’re eyeing a specific date, I recommend grabbing it early.

  • The magic of this offer is in the immersive, full-body experience of being out of the weeds and into the strategy - away from distractions, inside a real conversation. It’s why I typically offer this in-person.
