By booking The Realignment Intensive, you agree to the following:

Payment Schedule

A $1,100 deposit is required to secure your date and kick off prep. This locks in your spot and allows me to begin tailoring the experience specifically for your business.

The remaining balance is split into two parts:

  • A portion due on or before the day of our session (card payment available if in person)

  • The final balance once your Executive Realignment Report lands in your inbox (typically within 7 days post-session)

Rescheduling & Availability

I only offer one Realignment Intensive per week to protect the depth, energy, and quality of this work.

You’re welcome to reschedule your session with at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit will carry over to your new date, no stress.

If something comes up closer to the day (life happens!), just let me know. I’ll always do my best to find a new time that works for both of us.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If I’m unable to deliver the service, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • If you attend the full session and feel it genuinely missed the mark, please email me within 14 days. I take your experience seriously and will work with you to make it right.

  • Change of mind, missed sessions, or “not the right time” don’t qualify for a refund. I encourage you to book only if you feel ready to engage in this type of work.

What This Is (and Isn’t)

This is a high-impact strategic reset - not a rebrand, not implementation, and not a retreat. Whether in person or virtual (if pre-agreed), this is an opportunity to name what’s off, realign what matters, and rebuild your business to reflect the expert you’ve become.

You’ll walk away with mapped decisions, clear next steps, and follow-up access to me for 30 days.

Relationship of Parties

This is a one-off strategic partnership. Jessie King / Operational Edge is engaged as an independent service provider, not an employee, agent, or retainer-based contractor.

We’re working side by side - I bring the strategy, structure, and insight; you bring the vision and context. That’s the magic.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Everything you share is treated with full confidentiality and care. Internal docs, spreadsheets, team notes, private reflections, none of it leaves the room.

Nothing is ever reused, referenced, or shared without your explicit permission. Ever.

Operational Edge complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and your information is stored securely and used only to deliver this service.

Prefer to use a specific communication channel post-session? Just let me know — I’m happy to adjust.

Intellectual Property

  • Any frameworks, tools, or original language I bring remain the intellectual property of Operational Edge.

    Anything we co-create - like restructured offers, mapped workflows, refined messaging, or decision plans - is yours to use freely within your business.

    You just can’t repackage, resell, or present my original materials as your own.

Post-Session Support

You’ll receive your Executive Realignment Report within 7 days of our session - a clear, done-for-you recap that brings everything we mapped together into one strategic document.

You’ll also have 30 days of follow-up access to me via email, WhatsApp, or another agreed channel.

This support is strategic and conversational - think gut checks, second opinions, decision guidance - not implementation, admin, or project execution.

While I bring behavioural strategy, commercial context, and lived business experience to the table, outcomes always depend on your individual follow-through and circumstances. No guarantees are made, but you’ll walk away with mapped decisions, clear direction, and strategic momentum.
