By purchasing “2IC for the Week” you agree to the following:

Payment & Delivery

Full payment of $550 AUD (incl. GST) is required to secure your place in this limited-time offer.

Alternatively, you may choose the Flexible Payment Option - a split payment of 3 x $185 AUD, billed weekly.

Access begins Monday 21 July 2025 and runs for 5 consecutive business days (Monday–Friday). Strategic support is delivered asynchronously via your chosen communication method (email, WhatsApp, or text), with final feedback or deliverables provided by Sunday 27 July.

There are no Zoom calls or formal sessions required unless pre-arranged.

Communication & Scope

This is a high-trust, high-touch strategic service. You’ll have direct access to Jessie via your selected channel throughout the 5-day window, during business hours (AEST). You are welcome to send questions, ideas, voice notes, drafts, or messy thoughts, and will receive thoughtful, strategic insight, edits, or recommendations in return.

If what you need falls outside the scope of this container, I’ll let you know and offer a suitable alternative.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the limited availability and nature of this offer, no refunds will be issued for change of mind, schedule conflicts, or unresponsiveness during the support week.

If I am unable to deliver the service as promised, a full refund will be issued.

If you complete the full week and feel the service significantly missed the mark, please email me within 7 days. I take your experience seriously and will always aim to make it right.

What This Is (and Isn’t)

This is a one-off, short-term strategic partnership — designed to reduce mental load, accelerate decision-making, and provide expert-level feedback across offers, messaging, delivery, content, and internal processes.

This is not:

  • Implementation or admin support

  • A full strategic audit or rebuild

  • Ongoing coaching or project management

  • A guaranteed outcome

What you will receive is high-quality insight, behavioural nuance, and grounded support designed to meet you where you’re at and move you forward.

Relationship of Parties

Jessie King / Operational Edge is engaged as an independent service provider. This is a one-off collaboration, not a retainer, employment, or long-term agreement.

You maintain full responsibility for the decisions made and actions taken following our work together.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All information you share is treated as confidential. Any files, business details, or internal documents will never be shared, reused, or referenced without your explicit permission.

Operational Edge complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your data is stored securely and used solely for the delivery of this service.

If you have a preferred communication channel or privacy requirement, just let me know — I’m happy to adjust.

Intellectual Property

Any tools, frameworks, or original content I share remain the intellectual property of Operational Edge.

Anything we co-create during your 2IC week — including edited copy, outlines, messaging, or content strategy — is yours to use freely in your business. You just can’t resell, redistribute, or repackage my original IP as your own.

Strategic Guidance Disclaimer

This is a short-term, high-impact strategic service. I offer expert insight based on behavioural strategy, brand alignment, and commercial experience — but results depend on the information you provide, your implementation and unique context.

No outcomes are guaranteed, but you will receive high-quality strategic guidance and actionable direction to support your next steps.
